Escalating Complaints Request

This service allows beneficiaries to escalate their complaints to the Authority if the complaint was closed by the service provider without resolution, or if ten (10) business days have passed without a response.

  1. Click on "Start Service"
  2. Log in through the National Single Sign-On (Nafath).
  3. Fill out the Complaint Escalation Form.
  4. Optionally, share your feedback on the service
