SWA Discusses Enhancing Water Regulatory Cooperation with Oman’s APSR During IDWS 2025

On the sidelines of the Innovation Driven Water Sustainability Conference (IDWS) in Jeddah, H.E. Eng. Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al-Abdulkarim, President of the Saudi Water Authority (SWA), met H.E. Dr. Mansour bin Talib Al-Hinai, President of the Authority for Public Services Regulation in Oman (ASPR), along with his delegation.

During the meeting, both sides discussed opportunities for joint cooperation, strengthening knowledge exchange in regulating the water sector, and reviewing initiatives that support innovation and the development of sustainable water resource systems.

Both parties emphasized the importance of activating regional partnerships that contribute to improving sector efficiency and enhancing service quality, in a way that supports the shared direction of both countries toward building a sustainable water ecosystem.
