The Saudi Water Authority (SWA) announced that the total volume of water pumped by the national water system in Makkah and the Holy Sites on the seventh day of Dhul-Hijjah reached 928,544 cubic meters.

With this, the cumulative water pumped during the first seven days of Dhul-Hijjah has reached 5,918,544 cubic meters, reflecting the increasing pace of operational readiness ahead of the Hajj peak. The sector is currently operating at full capacity to ensure continuous water delivery across all key sites in Makkah and the Holy Sites.

This performance comes as part of an integrated operational plan based on production and transmission capacities exceeding 1.2 million cubic meters per day, and pumping volumes surpassing one million cubic meters per day, ensuring supply continuity and service reliability.
