Saudi Water Authority, Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College Conclude High-Potential Development Program

Under the patronage of His Excellency Eng. Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al-Abdulkarim, President of the Saudi Water Authority (SWA), and Prof. Zeger Degraeve, Dean of Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College (MBSC) of Business & Entrepreneurship, the High-Potential Development Program concluded today (Thursday) at King Abdullah Economic City.


The program saw the participation of 70 trainees from the Authority’s staff and was organized as part of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding between the Authority and the College. The agreement includes collaboration in leadership development, digital transformation support, women’s empowerment, and national workforce development.


The program aims to prepare a new generation of leaders to achieve excellence in the water sector and other critical industries in the Kingdom. It focuses on enabling participants to enhance self-awareness, identify strengths, and develop advanced leadership skills aligned with institutional success requirements.


Additionally, the program emphasizes fostering a culture of innovation and transformative thinking to create sustainable impact and build effective professional partnerships that promote collaboration and knowledge exchange.


This partnership reflects the Saudi Water Authority’s commitment to supporting sustainable development and investing in leadership capacity building, enhancing operational efficiency, and solidifying its role as a key contributor to achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.


It also aligns with the mission of Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College to prepare entrepreneurial leaders equipped with strategic thinking and innovation skills.
